Among Genting this is quite convenient hotel to stay. Like their hot tub with different temperature zone. Enjoy the overall stay there and had back to stay there quite many time.

The premium onsen session was really nice: 1h a day you can go to the spa and afterwards get a tea with small cookies.

When booking the room it stated free minibar with 9 pieces. This one i did not receive even after asking. Answer was they don't have it in this tower. They should have removed this picture then. The room should be with view on a sight. But the only view i had was on a tower of a building which was still under construction. So in these two points they were just lying in their room description. Also the fridge was dirty.

I would have easily give a 5 star rating for this hotel except for the bad experience during check in. We were there during super peak season i.e. school holidays + long weekend. But that shouldn’t be an excuse for not getting our room ready on time. Checking time is 3pm but we only get our room key at 4pm after waiting for more than 1 hour. Definitely not a good way to start our stay here. But things get much better after that. We are impressed with the room which is very spacious and clean. The bed is very comfortable. Excellent view from the balcony. Our room rate came with 1 hour session of onsen which is the highlight of our stay here. The onsen is beautifully designed and the hot water pools are incredibly relaxing. Please note the location of this hotel is quite far from the main attractions of Genting Highland eg. the theme parks, casino, mall, etc. You need to drive up there but parking is tough to find especially during peak season. Fortunately, there’s a shuttle service (return trip) that can be booked online in advance to go to the center of Genting Highland. The shuttle service is very efficient and a good option to consider. Also, there’s no restaurant or any F&B outlet in this hotel. For breakfast, you can go to the next door hotel where you can get special discount. All in all, a good and unique hotel because of the onsen. But the level of service has to be improved especially during busy season.
