Happy Family Apartments The Roof

Loved the convenient location, spacious accommodation, cooking and bathroom facilities. Particularly liked the roof terrace and the lovely balcony with great views from the bedroom. I loved many things about my Genoa visit - such an interesting characterful city and all the more attractive for not having as many tourists as other Italian cities. Easy to have interesting day trips as well.

Meeting up arrangements didn't work out as spelt out in default emails. Outer gate at office locked. Let in by passing stranger and "student" in office. My queries were fairly quickly responded to and resolved after a "to and fro" of communications.

Very clean, magnificent view, very nice design, beautiful plants!

Too many emails and messages from the owning company. Before arrival they sent us a very complex and complicated form to fill, for all 4 of us, which took more than 1 hour to finish. Picture of the id, selfie, selfie with the id .. too many rules. Everything could have been much easier, with less papers to fill, and less emails and messages from the owner. And without a 300€ penalty if you don’t take the trash. Luckily the spot for taking the trash was 1 minute walk away. Aaand with all this rules, they didn’t have wine glasses, fact we discovered on a sunday late evening.

very good location, amazing terrace

all little things add up, no coffee or tea, no extra toilet paper, no shower gel or shampoo, no trash bags and etc. annoying when you have to buy everyhing. Apartament it self lacks of thoughtfulness. Beds where very very uncomfortable. It made our trip harder after having sore backs and necks and when you cant get up in the morning..

Fin leilighet, god plass og herlig med takterrasse. Reint og fint, alt man trenger for å være noen dager. Sentral beliggenhet og lett å finne fram både ril plassen og rundt i byen.

The apartment was in a great part of Genoa, close to the Port and with restaurants and grocery stores nearby. It was a great visit! We couldnt figure out how to turn om the air conditioner...but that could have been user error. The rooftop patio is wonderful. We were a family of 5 and it worked well. I dont think you could fit any more than that though as there are only 2 beds and 1 couch bed.

Beautiful, clean 2BR flat on top floor with outside patio. Was perfect for our family visit to Genoa.
