Easy self check-in, nice big clean room but Wi-Fi sucked. Improve that and I'd stay again.

Stayed night before we took flight back to USA. It was good and easy to check-in.

Very modern. Comfortable beds!! Easy assistance from the staff via phone. Only issue would be there’s no in-person staff.

Room clean, bed comfortable, plenty of towels. Lots of USB ports. Curtains fully covered windows/ dark enough. No a/c, so may need to open small window. Limited parking. In july 2024, construction on nearby buildings.

The checkin was easy.

Locked out of the hotel twice because the key code did not work. Charger in room not working. Toilet did not flush correctly. View of a dumpster. Loud trucks around making noise and waking us up. Broken coffee machine. Asked for help and was not helped multiple times. No ice. Loud outside at all hours of the night. Tiny elevator. *There is no in person staff at all! Everything is done over the phone or messaging, so you have to wait until they can call you back- and not on site so they cannot help you in person at all. I would not stay here again, no matter the circumstances.

Locked out of my room, and the building, twice. Unrelated, but the power went out (as scheduled by the city) but the hotel had to have known ahead of time and they still allowed me to book.

Property gave us last minute warning that there would be no power from 10pm to 6am. It didn’t come back on until 7;15 am as we were walking out of the hotel. No shower after a long flight and jet lag was difficult . They refused to give us a discount on our stay. No staff.no power, no shower. Ugh

Reasonable price.
