The Spa Resorts - Lamai Village

Het hotel was goed gelegen en de huisjes aan het zwembad waren gezellig.

Het personeel spreekt geen Engels we hadden problemen met onze kamer en niemand wou ons helpen de eerste 2 dagen van ons verblijf. Dit was erg frustrerend voor de prijs die je betaald. Er was bovendien geen wifi. Het ontbijt was prima maar ook eenzijdig zeker voor een langer verblijf.

The aircon was broken for the majority of our stay, the staff did not seem to know much about what was going on, and the pool did not look clean during our stay so we did not go in. The area is extremely quiet, you are far from from most nice restaurants/ markets(30-40 min), however there is a 7/11 directly opposite, a lovely brunch place next door to this called toast, and silver beach is a 20 minute walk which is absolutely beautiful. This hotel is fine if you are going purely for spa treatments and quiet. We should have done more prior research, but we stayed out of the hotel as much as possible as it does not suit the vibe of younger people.

Hyggelig og serviceinnstilt staff. God og billig mat i restauranten. Da AC på rommet vi hadde booket ble ødelagt i løpet av oppholdet, ble vi oppgradert til en suite. Totalt veldig fornøyd med hotellet. Rent og pent.

It was right on the beach and very clean and modern , staff were very friendly and helpful and food was amazing, bed very comfortable

Didn’t like that there was work going on when trying to relax around the pool, sanding down of wooden decking ect , didn’t like that there was no large mirror
