The location was good - right on the beach as expected.

Several things - the staff did not understand English very well, so communication was a bit challenging. In the rooms they placed exactly two sachets of tea and one of coffee and two of sugar - which meant that we could only have it once in the entire day. We asked for an empty plate to eat snacks we had brought from home, and they said we would have to pay 200 baht for a plate per day - an empty plate that we were not taking away with us. That was rather unusual for we never had faced such a demand in all these years wherever we stayed, be it a five star resort or a small boutique place. It was embarassing because we had booked 10 rooms for our family and friends.
