There wasn’t anything not to like about the property!

The bed was super comfortable and the room was really nicely decorated, close to the beach and shops and the pool area was really nice too.

Great location could walk to Crystal beach Lamai along beach nice gym and also another one nearby on pier outside Yoga available and great pool and beach

Sehr schön eingerichtete Zimmer. Die Lage in lamai ist auch toll mit dem Roller alles erreichbar. Der Strand vorm Hotel hat man so gut wie für sich allein und das Frühstück ist echt zu empfehlen.

Man hört abends etwas die Autos auf der Hauptstraße, weil alles etwas hellhörig ist.

I chose this hotel expecting a relaxing stay at a four-star beachfront property, but the experience fell far below expectations. The “deluxe” room was nothing like what was advertised—its window faced an indoor corridor, offering no outside view at all. The ceiling was low, and the constant noise from the air conditioner made it hard to tell whether it was morning or night. When I tried to step out and make the best of things, I discovered that the safety box was broken and unusable. At the beach, only five chairs were available, and on the first day every seat was already taken, so I couldn’t sit down at all, which was disappointing. On the last morning, when I attempted to make coffee, a dying cockroach appeared from under the kettle as soon as I turned on the power. This was extremely unpleasant. To make matters worse, at checkout I was unexpectedly charged for using the sauna. Guests are apparently allowed to use the gym for free but not the sauna—information that had never been communicated. The process took a long time due to an incorrect overcharge, and they didn’t have change. All of this happened while it was pouring rain and I was worried about missing my boat departure, adding unnecessary stress to the end of my stay. Overall, the facilities, cleanliness, and service were well below what one would expect from a four-star hotel. I came for a relaxing vacation, but unfortunately, the stay was far from restful.
