Schöne Anlage, schöne Poollandschaft

Def. kein 5-Sterne Resort! Die Zimmer waren zwar schön eingerichtet, aber zu klein (kaum Platz fürs Gepäck). Sehr ringhörig wegen der Strasse. Dusche zu nahe am WC. Sehr kleine Frühstücksauswahl. Längere Wartezeiten, da nur ein Angestellter die Gäste bedient. Bezüglich Umbuchung zeigte sich das Hotel sehr unflexibel. Sind schliesslich einen Tag früher abgereist.

Welcoming look and feel as you enter the property, which is located right on the beach. The staff were friendly and kindly allowed us to stay at the resort after check-out while waiting for our airport transfer. It was also nice that they provided beach towels. Breakfast had a reasonable variety of options, though we didn’t dine at the resort otherwise.

The bedroom had a constant damp smell, which made it unpleasant. The shower curtain also had mould. The resort is on a main road, which is noisy. Staff were kind, but communication was difficult at times as the receptionist twice needed to find a colleague who spoke more English. At breakfast the coffee was very weak and had no froth for milk coffees, which staff could easily improve by learning to use the machine properly.
