The room was clean, delicious breakfast and food

1)TV with only Channels, I have missed important matches. 2) There is a pending issue with the hotel. I paid my room twice. The first time with my visa card,, the payment was declined,. Thinking it was an electronic concern, I paid for a second time in cash. Curiously, my bank sent me an email confirming the payment. The hotel didn't recognise the electronic payment and asked me to check mith my bank. I also ask the hotel to check with it's bank. Unfortunately I left the hotel without finding a compromise. The amount I am claiming is $324 (40500 Kenya shilling paid taking into account their exchange rate)

Breakfast was fantastic and the location very convenient and easily accessible.

Constant WiFi disruption and power cuts

The staff went out of their way to accommodate our group of ten people. We had an early morning flight from Wilson Airport and they prepared an incredible breakfast to go for each person. They allowed us to store bags at the property and pick them up on our return a week later. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. It was very secure. The shower was amazing! I highly recommend this hotel for proximity to Wilson Airport.

Good bed for Nairobi

Easy to get there, Emma was fantastic helping me with everything and the room was clean with a nice view of the city

The mattress is extremely soft and uncomfortable
