Friendly and helpful team. The rooms are clean, tidy, the bed is comfortable, and the hotel itself is good.

The Wi-Fi in the room was so poor that it only worked when you walked up to the door. When we went to the restaurant, we were on our own and there were practically no dishes on the menu. The food was mediocre. We asked for a different beer, it was mixed up, and they brought us a completely different beer. The location of the hotel is not the best, and it doesn't really seem safe to go out on the street.

Good location, very friendly staff. It is the second time I was there and won't be the last. I normally prefer Airbnb over hotels when travelling to Nairobi but I think I have found a place which is very suitable and comfortable for my short stays, late check ins and early check outs.

A little bit music and cars noises, I think the front and side wings are quieter than back rooms.

The staff was lovely! We arrived later than expected (around midnight) and they were kind enough to keep the restaurant open for us so we could have a delicious, warm dinner when we arrived. They also loaned us a plug adaptor for the night and packed our breakfast to go since we left the hotel at 6am. Great service level.

Poor Wifi

Very reasonable and still comfortable place to stay for Wilson airport transit. 5 min Uber to the airport, super clean and new facilities.

A bit noisy if you’re sensitive. Personally it didn’t bother me and it got reasonably quiet by the bedtime.

Very convenient for short stay offering all the essentials at reasonable price. Welcoming staff.

Restaurant service was slow but food was very good

Very clean, comfy place. Restaurant is good. WiFi is not great but ok. Staff is nice and helpful. Also there are security guards so you can feel extra safe. We stopped here twice and everything was fine. Card payments accepted. Quiet area.
