Great service friendly staff

It was good no issues

Location was very near to a main crossing and just a 5 min walk to the nearest Naivas supermarket. Comfortable and spcious rooms, clean functional washroom wth hot water & good shower. Good wifi.

Since room didn't have an ac, a fan could have been placed in case of requirement.

The place is clean and the staff are courteous. I am not used to Kenyan food so I struggled a little bit with lunch & dinner but breakfast was always on point. The area is safe and secured, its also close to the airport.

Great hotel, super friendly stuff and great food. We had very tasty diner at the restaurant. Totally worth to stay there while being in Nairobi.

I will preface this by saying the main meals and appetizers were truly exceptional. They were far beyond expectations. However the minced meat for hamburgers definitely needs to be upgraded.

I booked last minute due to flight rescheduling. Everything was excellent from the booking to check-in to making late-night requests, comfortability, amenities and check-out!

It was conveniently located and the staff were very friendly
