"Good but could have been better if things had been working as they should have been"

Location was good and lodge was comfortable.

Received email to say shower head was missing in one of the bathrooms - someone had been but couldn't mend it on the day we arrived but no-one came back. Shower in other bathroom didn't fit into holder. Was supposed to have Wifi but wasn't available

Perfect location Site was very tidy Access through to adjoining site, lit at night.

Accommodation not thoroughly cleaned ( bath.had scum line from previous use) Decking is filthy ( simple pressure wash would help)

great lodge, lovely site with good entertainment.

the fact that we didn’t have any central heating, this was raised numerous times and it wasn’t resolved.
