Staff should learn basic skills of spoken language ENGLISH and should speak clearly and friendly. Breakfast could have been better and coffee should have been improved to taste like a coffee than just water

Very good accommodation and highly recommended because it is strategic from anywhere. Very complete facilities such as YouTube, Netflix, other TV shows, very smooth WiFi internet. Clean water is available such as for drinking (unlimited cold and warm water) and bathing water (warm water).

My second stay in this hotel. + 1. Newly build hotel, everything is new and clean. 2. Bright and good vibes. 3. Comfortable room and bed. 4. Located next to kediri landmark SLG, could b good destination for morning walk/run. 5. Decent swimming pool. - 1. No phone in room, could b eproblematic.

The food was terrible, both room service and breakfast. I ordered Soto Betawi that was supposed to have creamy soup, it came like Soto Ayam broth. For breakfast, they served a lot of variety of food but the taste was so so. They need to improve their F&B production. The Front Office staff gave lack of smile, not so friendly vibe welcome.

Street music is very loud until late at night from food vending carts parked near the hotel . There is no small refrigerator inside the room to put insulin medications A bed mattress of the type that hurts the back is uncomfortable Towels worn out from frequent use need to be replaced.
