The friendliness of all the hotel staff. New experience Google Nest. Restaurant, menu, bread, drink, delicios. Room spacious, cleanlinest the best. Location vintage, strategic, natural object surounded, corn field, rice field, and nearly great monumental building SLG Kediri. Easily park slot.

I got a excellent service even the hotel in the regency, but you have to keep your high standard. I will be back again and again. Because you guys are great. All dept have good a communication, i guess. Keep it up. The rooms are clean and nice. Thank you.

The menus are acceptable but the waffle cake and mung bean porridge are superb. The waiters are very helpful and the smoking area is separated outside the room.

The gate to the swimming pool is through the breakfast area. Some people coming out the pool with wet clothes walk through the area and even to the lift. It is not safe for others particularly the oldest,

Everything is great about this hotel.

As long as you are on the 8th floor end room you will like the view. Staff is excellent, food choices are pretty good and extremely reasonable prices. The bed mattress is super hard as are the pillows. Some improvement needs to be considered there. Laundry services at excellent price. No English subtitles on tv but they have Netflix if interested.

The restaurant has some of affordable breakfast options around. And who knew breakfast could be so cheap? The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.

The only disappointing thing was that the twin beds (100cm x 200cm) were small size. I would have liked bigger ones (120cm x 200cm).

The beds were really good.

The walls were very thin as we heard people talking and children crying in the rooms nearby. There was hardly any fruit for breakfast.
