Die Anlage ist relativ neu

Der Service ist nicht gut ,das zugesagte Zimmer mit Balkon erhielt ich nicht.Das Personal ist nicht gerade freundlich und wenig hilfreich.Das Wifi funktioniert nicht und es ineteressiert auch niemanden ist mein Gefühl!
