Sem elevador Robe e toalha de piscina/SPA deviam estar incluídos e disponíveis no quarto Pequeno almoço com falta de assistência de STAF Disponibilidade geral, tinha que ser só ligada A Televisão com falta de canais e os que tinha nenhum estava em condições, dessincronizados, foi pedido para retificar, ficou igual. A água de chuveiro temperávamos e de um momento para outro ia a temperaturas extremas quente e frio não estabilizava

Cama super confortável, quarto espaçoso (relva sintética no chão foi uma escolha duvidosa), casa de banho grande, varanda agradável. Piscina exterior grande (água salgada) com diversas espreguiçadeiras e acesso (limitado e obrigatório usar touca) a piscina interior e sauna/jacuzzi. Gostámos do facto de ter um bar/restaurante dentro do hotel (apesar das opções vegetarianas não estarem disponíveis) com preços não exagerados.

Pequeno almoço okay mas pode ser melhorado! Frigorífico no quarto não refrescava e não havia chaleira como indicado na descrição. Como já foi referido a (falta de) segurança pode ser algo a notar pois qualquer pessoa pode aceder ao espaço através da piscina. Nota para melhorar: seria útil o staff usar algum tipo de farda/indicador (placa de nome) pois pode ser complicado perceber quem trabalha no espaço.
