The room was a great size, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, large TV, and had great kitchenette amenities including fridge, microwave, sink, and coffee machine. The balcony with seating was a nice feature as well, too bad we weren't able to use it because of the snow. The host was very friendly and easy to deal with, communication was excellent as well. Kept us informed at each step and ensured we had a good stay. Key retrieval was very easy to figure out and well labelled. The entire complex is very well lit and ample parking is available. We suspect that in the summer time it would be busier. For the price paid, it was a very decent room both in appointments and size. Don't let the few negatives steer you away from booking here :)

The few negative points we have are that there was mold in the shower grout and tiles, faucet sprays in all directions soaking part of the countertop if hot and cold taps are turned on, yellow stains on one pillow cover, stains on seat cushion of couch, and closet door was difficult to open due to the height of the carpet. Other things that we didn't like are more subjective - The bathroom is outdated with 1980 / 1990 design, not enough lighting in the bathroom (especially shower), towels were different sizes, colors, and brands (stick with one color and brand), the light switch for the wall lights was behind the TV, and different temperature lighting (even between wall lights).

What an amazing place! It was our first getaway as a married couple and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. The place was beautiful and had all the amenities for a super comfortable stay. We will definitely be back!
