Campbells Loft

The flat was cosy and clean with everything we needed for a great stay. It had a map of the area which was really useful and our host was really welcoming and friendly, recommending places to go. He also provided lots of drinks and biscuits and some excellent real coffee. The location had great views, wildlife and was peaceful. We booked only an hour in advance of arrival and were very grateful to James for the welcome.

I found the sloping ceilings a bit difficult at times.

James is a very friendly and helpful host. He made us feel welcome and gave us good tips of things to see. He even booked us into a local restaurant for dinner. The flat is cosy and comfortable and the onsite parking very welcome. The location is good - a short stroll into the township where there are lots of cafes and restaurants.

The shower is a bit strange. It’s on the bathroom floor. As we were staying only one night we decided to not to bother using it. I had to phone James to confirm the arrival arrangements.

Very much enjoyed our stay and the Largieside flat made a great home base for exploring Oban.

The shower, water everywhere. , king sized bed would have been better and could hear easily through the walls.
