Loved staying here with my teen and will stay again if we’re ever back in the area. Comfortable and clean room, lots of breakfast choices, beautiful location, and enjoyable conversation.
It is a quirky, nostalgic, pleasant and peaceful inn that offers a feeling of “bygone summer lake days”. It may not be for everyone, but some of us are explorers, romantics, and quiet souls! I like knocking around the kitchen to make my own coffee at sunrise!

Great ambiance with a friendly, helpful host. I would highly recommend this place. The view of Seymour Lake is beautiful. The lodge is casual and interesting with a large, well equipped communal kitchen and various antiques are scattered throughout the parlor and dining area. The atmosphere encourages mingling with the other guests staying in one of the many unique rooms of the lodge.
