Spacious and clean ground floor flat conversion. Stylish decor. Central Location, 10 minute walk to Chillington Road Metro station. Close to the local amenities, Tesco, Subway, Greggs etc. Lovely Greek restaurant Paros within walking distance. Efficient central heating so the flat was warm. Bedding clean and comfortable, although the mattresses were quite soft. Towels provided. Free WiFi Free on street parking. Owner easy to communicate with.

The road appears a little run down with litter etc. Very limited TV aside from streaming services. We could hear the occupants of the flat above moving around, I was woken up at 6.30am on the Sunday morning by noisy footfall in the room above me. The main bedroom looks out onto the road, there are no blinds so it is not very private. No curtains/blinds in the living room so again not private. Bathroom cold and some damp evident.

Nice styling and pretty well equipped.

Some of the paintwork in the bathroom needs touching up. There were some signs of damp. The shower was very low for my 6ft husband!

Lovely house in a central location and very comfortable.

Had a fault with one of the appliances but staff fixed it very quickly the same day

Bed linens were super and bathroom towels were clean. Mattress was comfortable.

On arrival, there were big clumps of dog hairs on the rug. It was so dirty we rolled it up and put it to oneside. Dusty, dirty floors. We hoovered the flat right through ourselves. The wooden flooring was dirty. The oven had caked on food crumbs and hair. The fridge trays had food crumbs and hair. The kitchen bin was dirty with crumbs in the bottom. A child's dummy was left in the corner of the bedroom. The quilt was too small to cover 2 bodies in bed. There was damp patches in the bathroom.The toothbrush holder was dirty with black stains. The toilet brush had urine and faeces on. The shower caddy was balanced on a screw and fell off the wall, hitting me whilst i showered. The bathroom bin was dirty. The light pull was grubby. The oven glove had caked food on. Not a full dinner service available or full cutlery set so we had to keep washing what we had. Only 2 pans available. The kettle needed descaling. No TV service, only streaming available which is not in the advert. The mirror in the hall was broken. The sofa was heavily marked and felt dirty. All in all, this super cosy property felt unclean and we were unable to relax. Such a shame.

Good location and plenty of on-street parking nearby. Plenty of shops and food eateries nearby. Very quiet and felt comfortable during our stay.
