"Great stay!"

The rooms were clean, nice and spacious. The staff were absolutely amazing, especially Mr. Khan! He helped us with our luggage especially when we were going to the airport already. He also made sure we feel at home. If you’re staying in Chicago for a few days, you should book this hotel. Public transportation was easy because there’s a shuttle going to the airport where the cta line is. Definitely would recommend.

Everyone was super friendly, especially during a busy day with multiple people coming to seek a room for the night after many flight cancellations. The whole team at holiday inn worked hard and quickly to get everything ready in timely manner for their guests, I would stay here again.

No breakfast. Coffee shop while open, wasn't manned. No warning that there are 3 holiday inns, even in same neighborhood. No advice on where to catch the shuttle.
