Holiday Inn Chicago O'Hare - Rosemont by IHG

Great location near airport and a variety of different restaurants. Be advised that there are 4-5 hotels in the area called variations of “Holiday Inn Ohare”, so be sure to confirm your hotel’s address before getting on a shuttle to avoid delays in getting to your reservation. The shuttle driver is named Mark and is very knowledgeable of the area, friendly, and a great driver. If you need to call the hotel for anything like a shuttle pickup or a reservation question, call the Holiday Inn branch you’re staying at directly otherwise you’re going to run into multiple layers of disgusting, unhelpful AI bots trying harder to pretend that they’re sentient than just answering your questions. To avoid the rage and talk to a real human at this location (Mannheim) call the branch directly at 847-380-5800 and push zero when the menu starts going to be transferred directly to the front desk. The room was clean with a comfortable mattress and lovely soft sheets and breakfast is delicious with a great variety, but doesn’t open until 7 so if you’re on an early flight it won’t benefit you.

Had a great stay, the staff was friendly and helpful with all my questions ranging from food recommendations to travel, if im back in the area I definitely plan to stay again, Khan at the front desk was awesome

The tv kept cutting out and didn't work the whole time I was there - a satellite or connection issue maybe? When i got into the room it was 83 degrees as well...

Good location, easy access to airport for early flight

Requested double queen room but not available at check-in per front desk, who said that our reservation allowed them to give us what was available (not how I understood when booking). We were put in king room which is less than optimum for us and neither slept much. Will choose another hotel next time.
