Holiday Inn Chicago O'Hare - Rosemont by IHG

Location was perfect for the airport, hotel was clean and the room was a good size. The restaurant in the hotel was great for breakfast

This has been recently renovated and is nice and close to the car rental return. Unfortunately, the hot tub was completely drained and out of service and the only recumbent bike in the fitness center was broken.

I was having some issues in a hotel that I was staying in that could not get resolved. So I walked across the street just to see if they had any rooms at this Holiday Inn. The two young ladies at the front desk told me that they were booked in for the week. After I had highlighted to them, what was going on with my hotel across the street they recognize the urgency and said sir “let me double check if there’s any cancellations or anything we can do for you at all” Ana R. and Viri C. look very diligently through their computer system, and luckily found one canceled room for me. They could’ve very easily just let it stand with the first statement that they were booked. But I am so grateful that they took a little extra time and found a canceled room and got me in it. That’s the Holiday Inn difference. I will be booking at this hotel exclusively when in this area. Thank you Ana and Viri.

My stay lasted 3 weeks. Jose made sure I had everything I needed. Mark the shuttle driver was extremely helpful. Highly recommend staying there.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Rosemont from April 24–27, and it was one of our best hotel experiences. Lina and Mohamed Khan at the front desk were incredibly pleasant and accommodating. Sandra and Nancy at the café were also fantastic—helpful, attentive, and always ready to assist. Excellent service all around.
