After travelling in from overseas, I needed a place to stay for the night before heading on to Minnesota to do a wedding over the weekend. The hotel was just outside the airport with shuttle service that was fast and easy. The hotel itself was immaculate and very professional. The staff were friendly and helpful at check-in and the process very smooth when I asked for a room adjustment. Their professionalism was appreciated. The room itself was perfection. It was clean, the bed comfortable, and quiet... Especially important with incoming jet lag! There was no free breakfast, but there is a restaurant and also some cheaper options to purchase on the run... Which worked for me in the morning. There are also a few fast food restaurants in very close walking distance (bibibop, panera, etc). I was very pleased with the hotel and couldn't give them a higher recommendation.

There are no clear directions on your official website indicating the pickup location, and the information provided in my booking was incorrect. Furthermore, I sent two messages via the booking platform requesting shuttle details, but received no response. It ultimately took me two hours to reach the hotel."
