My husband and I had an awful travel day at the airport, between delayed flights maintenance issues, turbulence, almost missing our connecting to arrive in Chicago at midnight, and find out our luggage never left Atlanta. We had to get a room for the night close by as we are headed to Indiana for my first day at my new job the next day and now I will be late because all my suitcases are late. We came to staybridge suites and Kaan was able to get us in last minute to a room. He provided us with complimentary toiletries since we had nothing and then upgraded us from a regular room to a penthouse suite for free. We had no idea what to expect after our day from hell but walking into a hotel room built like a two story luxury apartment was not what we were expecting. Kaan made our day. He really turned our whole perception of the day around and it made everything we went through not so bad at all. A star, and a hero in our book. His act of kindness is what makes memorable moments for people and lasting lifelong customers.

After travelling in from overseas, I needed a place to stay for the night before heading on to Minnesota to do a wedding over the weekend. The hotel was just outside the airport with shuttle service that was fast and easy. The hotel itself was immaculate and very professional. The staff were friendly and helpful at check-in and the process very smooth when I asked for a room adjustment. Their professionalism was appreciated. The room itself was perfection. It was clean, the bed comfortable, and quiet... Especially important with incoming jet lag! There was no free breakfast, but there is a restaurant and also some cheaper options to purchase on the run... Which worked for me in the morning. There are also a few fast food restaurants in very close walking distance (bibibop, panera, etc). I was very pleased with the hotel and couldn't give them a higher recommendation.
