My family and I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the beautiful colonial charm of the city. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, blending the historic ambiance with modern conveniences like WiFi, air conditioning, hot water, and ultra-cozy beds. One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious breakfast each morning, featuring fresh coffee, orange juice, and a variety of tasty options that started our day off right. However, what truly made our experience unforgettable was the warmth and hospitality of Mr. Carlos and his wife. Their attentiveness and kindness made us feel right at home. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, making our stay both comfortable and memorable. If you’re looking for a place that combines charm, comfort, and outstanding service, this is the perfect choice. We highly recommend it and would love to return in the future!

Perfect location, very kind hosts, love the colonial building and the spacious room. Very safe and and close to historic downtown, walking distance actually. Love the breakfast and the kind owners.

This is an amazing place to stay

The hosts were wonderful. They went above and beyond in providing information, arranging parking, making calls, and getting taxis. They stayed up very late to receive us when our flight was delayed. They made us a delicious breakfast each morning when we got up. They were professional and respectful but also warm and charming. We felt so at home that we returned for another stay at the end of our trip.

Pros: -The staff is super nice. They are both very polite and courteous. - the room was clean as expected - the breakfast was great considering that it was included on the fare. Coffee was grounded within the state of San Luis - the place looks picturesque and well maintained. - the owners always kept a polite attitude, they are very nice people. Cons: - so I filtered for hotels with parking. They do not have parking within the facilities, and they charge you extra $100 pesos for this. If you are driving, I’d consider other hotel. - when I booked, the app was jn USD, and it said I should pay around $900 pesos. But when I arrived; exchange rate must had updated because they charged me around 1100 pesos. - with these extra charges, I would had definitely stayed somewhere I else. Just keep in mind they have hidden charges. - although it is quite near to the city center, you have to cross a rather busy avenue. Keep this in mind if you are particularly travelling with children, again I’d book somewhere within the city centre.

Carlos was a very detailed and caring host. He had several options for breakfast, and I appreciated eating something healthy to start my day. In addition, the building is historical and decorated with a good deal of charm.
