"Worst property ever visited. They try to loot the customer"

I don’t like the way the management deal with the customer

I booked the room on 25 June 2025 at 23:18 and already conveyed the message that I would reach the property by early morning. By the time I reached the property they cancelled my booking and asked me to re-book through their hotel website. I booked for Rs.3577 and when I tried to re-book it showed Rs.6500 plus tax. I refused to book and I left the property. Kindly please don’t entertain this property, I felt so disappointed after travelling for a long hour journey and refusing my stay.

最低限の綺麗さがある点

事前の支払いの催促メッセージなど送って来て、支払いが終わった後のフォローメッセージなどは全くなかったこと。 空港からホテルの送迎があると事前に問い合わせた際は返答したにもかかわらず、前日になって急に出来ないと一点張りだったため。誠実さに欠ける対応。
