The concept The email chat functionality

The aircon seemed to be polluting the room, so I had to switch it off The coffee was powdered and not nice There was no breakfast tea in the room The front desk tried to overcharge me for a cab to the terminal - which fortunately also took too long - compared to Uber Black; this was VERY uncool

I stayed here for one night after arriving in the airport. Very close to the airport, clean and warm staff. They helped arranged all my travel logistics. Breakfast was good and the rooms were very nice for the price.

I liked everything.

Friendly, helpful staff. Beds are very comfortable and we slept well. The food at the restaurant was really nice. Great hotel, 15 mins from the airport. Definately recommended

Booking.com leaks your data to others. I received a fraudulent message asking me to advance deposit 20,000 plus rs.

At Bloom, there's too many unnecessary formalities during checking in. Not seen even in the best hotels in the country.

excellent break fast . Nandini was the best

some of the Front office staff do not know to speak to a guest. Their unform was horrible with un washed T shirts. how ever the duty manager was pleasent
