A beautiful hotel with wonderful friendly staff. Everyone made so much effort, and wanted to help us. Great food. They took care of my dietary needs, and made sure there were plenty of gluten free options for breakfast. Complimentary bottled water. Accessibility to the beach. Very safe and secure hotel. The only downside was being on the first floor next to the reception as it was a little noisy in the night. And we our room overlooked the engine room. But if we come back we would book a room with a view so that we are In a different block.

Lovely hotel in a perfect location just by a quiet undeveloped beach with some fantastic places to eat and hire surfboards but not busy or loud at all. Absolutely amazing place. Yoga on offer just over the river 5 mins walk too. The pool is lovely and the breakfast excellent. The staff work really hard to ensure the best stay possible. Our special thanks to Felicia and Eliston who looked after us at breakfast every day with such diligence and professionalism. And Ajay and Benjamin at the pool who were always up for a friendly chat. But honestly all the staff here were fantastic and this is a very high quality place to stay in just about the best possible location. 5 mins to the village shops everything you need nearby but so lush and quiet and peaceful between the Ocean and the River. A special place. Long beach walks on the doorstep and good beach cafes serving fab food a few minutes walk away. Chilled vibes and stunning location at Mandrem beach.

Nothing it was basically perfect

The location is its big plus, nice access to beach. The staff overall and especially in restaurant are very helpful.

The parking is not available in compound.m and handled by valet. The general wait time is fine like any star hotel but what goes wrong is the promise that reception will syncup with valet, but when you turnup at parking space, the valet wouldnt be even informed. The scorching heat of goa just adds to the miseries. Second the breakfast, its good for couple of days with spread especially the mezze platter and fruits/juice. But when you stay for 4 - 5 days, there are areas you realize that need improvement - breads like croissant are very dry, indian food taste like idli, chutney, kerala paratha needs a big push up. Overall indian food needs improvement.

The peace and quiet of the hotel . The attention to detail in the delivery of services to guests . I’ve found it hard to find a hotel on the North Goan coast that truly meets international standards of excellence but this hotel and the staff meet it .

Great location, limited but delicious breakfast, beautifully done rooms. I’ve stayed here a few times now and been very happy each time.
