Many problems with the hotel. Card not working, room keys not working more times that I care to mention (who uses manual room keys anymore)! Only one outside bar and breakfast area that was freezing. Great location but failed to deliver a guest experience!

Location is good at La Condesa

Breakfast is not very good and the hotel is very busy so sometimes there’s no tables available. Food is catered for foreigners not a Mexican breakfast.

Breakfast is ok. Not fancy but it is good. The location is excellent as La Condesa is one of trendiest neighborhoods in the city. The share gym is ok as well.

The breakfast could be a little more better as well as the service. If it is included in the room charge is a good deal. However, if I would have to pay for it in the property, there are much better options at walking distance.
