Extra charges and the room size

It was a last minute booking as the room I booked at HS Miracle Grand six months previously had been double booked. HS Miracle Grand tried to put me in the hotel they owned over the road but it was not worth the money and was small and not very comfortable. So I looked on booking.com and booked this hotel instead. I turned up bascially as they got the noification. This wasn't an issue and a room was ready before check in time as they weren't fully booked. Staff at check in were nice, bed comfy and it is near all kinds of cafe and small shops. Free drop off at airport also which was great. Had a small balcony with a glimpse of the water. Also had a good shower.

Breakfast was thrown at you no talking. I have food intollerances and wasn't even told what breakfast would be. I was told to take a seat and breakfast is brought to you. Then the waitress walked off saying nothing else. After sometime a plate with toast jam and one small slab of butter was bascially thrown on the table. She walked off not saying anything. I can't stand jam and was wondering if I should just get up and leave. I took one bite of the toast and it was so sweet I couldn't eat it Then I was asked coffee or tea. Coffee was disgusting, and I am wondering is this it the added breakfast not even a piece of fruit? Finally as I was giving up and about to leave I was given a plate with some kind of sausage and egg. Sausage was gross but I ate the eggs and left. Was a very uncomfortable exeperience! Rooms were only surface clean don't look too far if you don't like dust and hair. Power sockets were mostly broken however they did proide a power board unfortunayly it was across the other side of the room to the bed.

Very comfortable bed and pillows

Cleanliness of the room. There was used box of condoms left in one of the drawers (disgusting), meaning nobody checks it properly. No any bath amenities. AC is right in front of the bed and flow of the air kicks right your nose.

Great bad, it is comfortable. The room design is nice.

Breakfast selection is small
