I have stayed here about 6-7 times, the rooms and nice & comfortable. Convenient location.

I have mentioned on a couple of my previous visits that the cleanliness has to improve as well the service of the staff. No improvement has been made. I moved the nightstand to plug a charger, found bunch of hair and a used tissue. Other times i found bugs in the bathroom. Staff doesn’t care much, yes i am a repeater, but that should mean even more care. No hello, welcome back, just a “here is your key how do you want to pay?”

When I came to this hotel I didn't expect too much.But When I reached the room it was very cozy. The hotel is near the airport and the beach as well. All of the staff are friendly , Kaia is really friendly and we can communicate easily with her.Cz she can speak Chinese like a native.She has a sweet smile and when we want to know anything she explains patiently.The breakfast is just normal , but I love their welcome juice. In a nutshell,I can recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was decent / boiled eggs, beans, toast and wedges - only 7 tables and had to wait for a table around 30 mins Location was good Staff friendly For airport pick up waited around 40 minutes for car

Towels were abit tired looking

My worsr experience at a hotel. The room and washroom is so tiny and the washroom has no floor towels. The housekeeping didn’t clean our room and we stayed 2 nights like that. It is not at all value for money and the breakfast was bad so we had to do breakfast outside.

This was my first time to the maldives. This hotel was very clean and the bed was very comfortable with new feather duvet and pillows, all bed linen was brand new, the room was beautifully redesigned with new furniture fittings. The showeroom was newly retiled. TV was free with Netflix. Breakfast was very good and the room service menu was really good, I had the tastiest burger every. Room service was available on request for security reasons. The staff were very young, helpful and pleasant. The receptionist "Sachin" was extremely helpful and pleasant. The roof top , the sauna and steam room are under reconstruction at this time. The spa was open but a bit expensive with full body massage costing $70. The location is really nice and safe. The only fault I found was thar the towels were old, but they were clean. Sachin Informed me that they were in the process or purchasing new towels. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to return again in the future.
