Royal Mile Mansions by Edinburgh City Apartments

The only thing that was good was the location.

the beds were not good, no instructions on where to throw trash

Location was fabulous. The apartment was lovely and very comfortable. So many thoughtful touches and has absolutely everything you could need for a self catered stay. Nice and clean. Wonderful communication prior to arrival from the host.

Due to being a listed building in the heart of the royal mile, the non-double glazed windows don’t keep much noise out at night but if you remember to bring earplugs you’ll be fine 👍🏻

Fantastic location and good value. Beds were too soft for my liking, however that is personal preference. If you are a light sleeper and staying over the weekend, recommend earplugs as noise was prevalent late into the night, however this is due to the fantastic location in the heart of the royal mile. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to be right in the centre of the action!

The location was exceptional! The area was very walkable with tons of shops, restaurants, bars and even St Giles Cathedral and Edinburgh Castle. Shameem was incredibly helpful and friendly. He directed us to parking and assisted with our luggage on arrival and departure. Highly recommend!

The location of this property was excellent. Also the security of the building was really good. Well appointed.

Bed was a bit hard and the apartment was very warm.

The flat was very comfortable and clean. The location is excellent. It feels very secure .It was very quiet despite being on the Royal Mile.

I think a 'Welcome Pack' would have been good as we had a long journey eg.....milk/coffee. Some kitchen items were missing eg.corkscrew, scissors and tea-strainer.As the rental price is comparable with top end hotels...a few toiletries eg.shampoo etc.would have been welcome.
