"Lovely chic hotel "

Absolutely love this hotel. Beautiful room with everything you can think of.. i was in the upgraded deluxe room which was large with buttons for lighting and curtains closing across a huge skylight. Couldnt fault the staff who were friendly and helpful. Very clean thanks to the cleaning staff. The bed was really comfortable and i slept really well as very quiet. Breakfast a bit pricey but worth it as plenty of choice. Great location too as just over 5 mins walk to main square in krakow.

Very near the centre, so easy walking access to everything. Great hotel, clean and comfty, large rooms, great shower. The staff were so helpful and very friendly, all in all great place to stay.

The property was extremely clean, friendly and helpful staff. Spa was amazing (pool only open from 1600 though). Food and drink were of a good quality and reasonably priced. The room was spotless, great decor and the en suit was one of the best at a hotel I have stayed at. All round, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking to stay in Krakow.

"Wonderful stay "

Cannot fault this hotel. The place is so clean, smells wonderful when you come in and is decorated and styled to a very high standard. The bedroom was beautifully decorated, the bed extremely comfortable and the bathroom is done to a very high standard.
