This is a lovely hotel very clean and central to most of the interesting sites in Krakow The breakfast is really lovely and Magdalena in the breakfast room is a lovely young woman and extremely helpful. Our room was very comfortable and clean and all of the public areas in the hotel are very well maintained. The young man behind the bar gave us some very helpful advice for going to the Christmas market which we definitely followed. Overall, a lovely experience and I would recommend the hotel.

As a family of 3, we had a truly amazing stay! The hotel is lovely, and definitely deserves its 5 star rating! Nothing was too much trouble, and the breakfast was excellent too!

"Bad service from receptionist "

The hotel was beautiful. Service was good except for the fact that we asked for check out till 2 and it was from our room we called and the receptionist agreed. Then the next day we got chased out saying it was never agreed. No apology when we told the receptionist Anna she said the manager said it's 1. They should have said that the day before. Really embarrassing

We had a lovely stay at this hotel, the staff were very welcoming and approachable. We extended our stay at the hotel with no hassle. Rooms are beautifully decorated with brilliant technology. Amazing location right outside of Old Town. Would recommend to anyone and would stay there again

This a beautiful and immaculately clean hotel in a prime location, 5 min walk to St Mary's Cathedral. We loved the pool with the water jets, also the steam and sauna. The buffet breakfast was extra, but had anything you could imagine! There are only good things to say about this hotel.

The hotel us amazing and the staff was very friendly and cool! I really enjoyed the spa and saunas. Everything is nearby, and thus is the best location by far. Will stay there again..
