A great location for easy walks to the beautiful beach, cafes and promenade @ Newbiggin. Roselyn was clean and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen and spacious lounge, just perfect for our relaxing break away.

Close to the promenade and town centre. Free car park at the end of the street, Morrisons Daily, and a takeaway pizza shop at either end of the street.

Nothing to not like.

"Lovely house. Lovely location."

The house was lovely. Had all of the basics we needed. The outside area was nice although unused by us as we visited in winter. The beds were very comfortable. Very spacious. Much bigger than we thought but would be. Lovely location. Parking was easy in the little car park. Shop at the bottom of the road was useful. Very close to the beach.

There was a note saying there was a seperate freezer but this was switched Off. Luckily we hadn’t taken any frozen foods. Needed 2 comfy chairs as well as the sofa. The 2 chairs were uncomfortable and not practical for a family. No guidance on recycling. Inconvenient having to go to a bottle bank. Finer touches missing like a dish cloth, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid and a toilet brush.

Nothing

It was dirty upon arrival . Cleaning lady had a bad attitude and said she didn’t have time to clean everything. The place was a mess . The place needs a good clean and it’s old and dated and needs refreshing especially the bathroom . The kitchen was dirty as was the bathroom . Cobwebs everywhere and just dirty under furniture .

Mooi huisje, bijna alles aanwezig. Uitstekende locatie dichtbij de baai. Makkelijk te bereiken. Goeie parkeerplaats 👍

TV werkte niet goed. Toiletpapier te weinig èn geen WC borstel 🫣
