Checked in and Checked out in 15 mins. I CANNOT EXPRESS IN WORDS HOW DIRTY, UNHYGIENIC AND UNSAFE THIS PLACE IS. Absolute liars, apologised and promised a refund only to lie when Expedia phoned and said nothing wrong with the rooms. There were blood stains on the bed sheets and duvets. Spoke to owner Mark who proudly said “This is a 162 bed hotel” and was rude. Streets are cleaner than this hotel. I wouldn’t stay there if someone paid me. I have pictures of the whole filth. Cannot believe how they are still in business. Wish I could upload pictures. Local council emailed as gave owner Mark an opportunity but never called back as promised.

The location.

Toilet bowl black. Black Mould on the bottom of a wall. Razor left from previous customer. Toilet is extremely unclean. Room smells of cigarettes. Shower hose broken and spraying water from the bottom. Fire alarm went off at 4 am. The WORST experience.

nothing was a hovel for homeless people! god nos how you can rent this out with a straight face it needs knocking down !!!!

everything- 1 towel 2 guests and the 1 towel was dirty . room smelled. flys in room . no tea coffee or kettle! the room and hotel is in disrepair ! no plugs! could go on and on !

it was dirty and dusty, tiles in the bathroom were loose, dirty socks in the room, dirty and smelly carpet

"Disgusting hotel"

Was close to town

Where to start......the receptionist was nice but could tell he had been drinking, no TV that works in the room no internet not at all clean bad smell, bath not clean windows did not open for fresh air carpet not clean absolutely disgusting a homeless would not stay there. early hours of the morning someone trying to kick in a door window smashed this morning and police arrived. Just completely rank. I am now sending photos to trading standards as this should not be allowed to have people stay in this hole of a supposed to be hotel. Pictures now uploading
