"Great Stay. Loved it"

The staff were lovely and friendly couldn't do enough to help. The bed was comfortable and there was a nice spacious bathroom with a bath/shower which we took full advantage of.

Wasn't aware of the no visitor policy until we arrived. I understood the reasoning but we had to change plans around that so I feel that should be more advertised.

Nothing!!!!

Awful dirty place with no hot water what is basic thing which hotel SHOULD supply!!!! Booking.com let them do iit and approve it because they refuse to give us refund for not to have hot water, tea, milk and be in this awful place
