Great White Horse Hotel

Nothing was extremely disappointed and couldn't even stay dute to how unclean and tied it was

The mattress was dreadful and was so dirty I had to leave within the hour of being their

The room was not tidy the toilet was dirty no toilet rolls at all.no small bins inthe rooms

It was in the Town Centre

Dirty - both the Twin Beds had stains on, Broken Headboard on one. No basic Facilities in the room - as in TV, Tea/Coffee etc. And no options for Food/Drink in the Hotel. Broken "pull string" light switch in Bathroom. Windows wouldn't close. Smelt damp in the room. Hotel is also going under major works, and also being used to house refugees - which I don't have an issue with - but they were rude & noisy through the night. I am actually surprised this is even on Booking.com? The ONLY reason we stayed here was due to train strikes, and there was nothing else available....

We didn’t end up staying here we left The property was terrible run down as you can see in the pictures the room was dirty and smelly flys everywhere we were placed on the top floor of the hotel which had boarded up windows and wallpaper pealing and carpet threads all over the stairs which is a trip hazard the FIRE EXTINGUISHER WAS NOT IN USE felt unsafe we decided to leave after 10 minutes of being there we have been fighting for a refund back still no joy refusing saying it was fine but we pointed everything out the women there and she did not care in the slightest the guy at the front desk said I would get a refund which I haven’t it’s got horrible staff run down and unsafe to stay in I don’t recommend it

Nothing. I'll recommend people it is not suitable for sleeping there . I was very regret. I wasn't sure looks like that .

Mould in the corner of the room, the bed smelled of urine was stained yellow and I wasn't able to sleep I sat in a chair all night🥺
