"Old, historic and in need of renovation"

There was plenty of hot water in the antique shower and the bed did NOT have bugs. Clean but the property is showing its age.

No signs directing guests on Tavern Street to the rear for reception and check-in. There was NO HEAT, and I wasn't advised that when I checked in. No coffee or tea. Staff wouldn't call for a taxi.

Communication was non existent, booking cancelled at last minute. Monies are debited immediately, refunds take 7 days!!!! So far I have only been informed of £3 cleaning fee refund!!!

"Just don't even try it"

I left and booked the easy hotel next door. Much safer and cleaner.
