Great White Horse Hotel

Its awfull not like in the summary. Not even close.. rooms are filthy not even close to be called a hotel

People walking round hotel or shelter for the homeless as it was off there face on drugs Small of crack cocaine and cannabis everywhere Holes drilled in hotel doors Leaks and damp Windows smashed and boarded up in our rooms No toilet room Stains in toilet Shower didn’t work Room dirty Had to check out I am trying g to get refunded This is not as advertised It is a shelter for the homeless not a hotel and needs reporting

A NIGHTMARE

Nobody liked it. The floors, carpets, stairs, stairwell, doors, even the ceiling are weightless, dirty and old. The corridor and stairwell smell of smoking cannabis, drugs. The walls and corners, the carpets are torn, a terrible and gruesome sight. The air stinks, causing nausea to the point of vomiting. The premises are not heated, it is difficult to find your room, because the corridors are confusing, the layout of the rooms and so on... This is not a hotel, but a den of Ipswich town, drug addicts and vagabonds. The stench is worse than in a pigsty or a stable. I recommend that the establishment be closed or overhauled. I could give this facility minus -5 stars

Unfortunately there was no breakfast provided at the hotel, but I was able to buy a cooked breakfast from a small shop across the street

Facilities were very poor - no soap, no bathroom light for shaving, toilet flush was not working properly, no hangers in the wardrobe, I had to ask for for an extra bed blanket and there were no TV's in the hotel.

Smelt of damp and mold Room was freezing as was toilet I paid for a double bed and got 2 singles when I brought this to attention of the staff they said that's l they have Walls were filthy I never slepted in anything so poor And never will again

Dreadful property with even worse staff.

The staff, the accommodation in general. We were left outside and wasn’t accommodated a room, nor was we reimbursed for the booking.

Rooms are disgusting!!! Stains everywhere......man at reception just sitting there playing games on a console !!! No TVS In the rooms
