The Bradstan Boutique Hotel

This place gets 5 stars for the grounds and the decor. The creek is beautiful and peaceful and the rooms are impeccably decorated with many nice touches like the heated towel rack and lavender scented towelettes. We also enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boats at Sunrise lake. However I’ll have to agree with the yelp reviews that the staff could use some hospitality training. We had the most bizarre check in experience where the person working the front desk acted shocked that our kids were with us and said it would be an extra $100 to have 4 people in our 4 person room - this is despite me having called ahead and switching the room type to accommodate 4 people stating that our kids would be staying for one night. He acted like I was an 18 year old trying to sneak people into our room on spring break and it left a bad taste in my mouth after a long drive and spending $1400 for two nights. We also arrived to breakfast (included) at 9:40 (ends at 10) only to find that the main dishes were empty. When we inquired we were told we were too late. Then were scolded by the same person later for using the espresso machine at 11am because she said she needed to clean it at 12? Again - bizarre. Food at the Homestead was okay (we ate there three times) and our waiter was very nice and the bartender made a good old fashioned. Also a shout out to Louis who helped with the kayaks and a very nice maintenance man who fixed our tv and was very friendly. Having just come from The Sagamore where service is impeccable and being frequent travelers who love good hospitality, this place left something to be desired for $700/night. But if they can train the staff to provide a better customer experience, it could be a 5/5 and I’d return for another show at Bethel Woods.

All of the staff that we came across were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The property is gorgeous and there were endless activities to do if you don’t want to leave the property. The front desk was very helpful when we did want to venture out and explore the local towns. This place holds a special place in my heart and I can’t wait to come back!

very quiet , clean, nice restaurant and breakfast. Isolated. There was no entertainment when I was there but nice grounds to walk and they had peddle boats

Beautiful property.. Everything was highend. The only negative was the height of the bathtub. It's so high that it's dangerous getting in & out of the shower if you are short.

This is a stunning property nestled in nature. A must stay!

It was absolutely beautiful. The grounds, the people, the lake, this was our second trip there and we will be back again.

Unbelievable property, there was so much money and work put into this property. Its build quality is unparalleled to the finest of homes or other hotels. The property is beautiful and not a blade of grass out of place. The rooms our quiet and decorated like I was in a 10 million dollar home. Every detail of the property is beautiful. Absolutely one of the nicest finds I have ever come across by accident.

Great place

Price appropriate luxury hotel with elegant and comfortable suites. Staff was super friendly and very helpful and made the most of our time. It's personal, but the pillows were hard. The breakfast was outstanding and the grounds are a visual vacation. One recommendation I'd make is for the hotel to coordinate with the restaurant to allow for on-request room service delivery of food. Otherwise, it's a hit !!!
