Royal House Stylish Apartments - Chester

The location was great and it was decorated nicely. Good amenities.

It wasn't very comfortable for a handful of reasons. Although it was mostly clean, there were stains on some towels and nothing smelt freshly washed (pillows, towels and the room in general) it all smelt a bit musty. There wasn't hand soap in the bathroom. I'd say that if anyone were to stay here in the summer, bring your own fan as the apartment was unbearably hot with no escape aside from a cold shower (which would fluctuate in temperature).

The location is brilliant, being just 2 minutes from the city centre, and there's even a convenient Tesco opposite. Also, the flat was very clean. And there's a lift too.

The bed was pretty uncomfortable with a very soft mattress that wasn't good for our backs. The sofa was also horribly uncomfortable. And even the location has its downside too... Noise! Every evening there were multiple sirens (police and ambulance) and loud voices outside too.

The fridge didn’t work , or was switched off

It was a lovely little apartment and would stay again

We paid for an early check in 2pm and didn’t get information on how to check in until bang on 2pm so we were worried for a few hours prior to this
