Nothing at all don’t think the homeless would stay there

A homeless guy urinating on the property. A drunk sleeping outside the property. The faeces on a towel in the bathroom, puddle of dried wee on the mattress. Hairs on the bed Booking.com not refunding me even tho I was there half an hour before leaving after inspecting the disgusting place

Location, great comms from the host, lovely set out accomodation, comfy beds. Good shower, good kitchen

Clean, tidy apartment in a very good location.

Shower wasn't the best and my wife thought the mattress was a bit too soft, but I didn't mind it, so likely down to preference really.

It was a nice apartment and a good size.

Lift didn't work, it didn't have an out of order sign on it though. It was very difficult for us to get up several flights of stairs due to medical issues. There was no warning of this. The apartment was not well maintained with a light hanging out of its casing in the kitchen. The bathroom sink has a crack in it. The living room door when closed over had to be pushed with force as it was catching on the flooring. The towels, bedding and mattress were stained. There was no hairdryer, even though the room description said that there was. This ruined my special occasion as I couldn't dry my hair! There was no communication from the host to any issues on both the app and ringing them. Other travellers have had issues and shouldn't give 8 points as this is then misleading for other travellers. We didn't get any sleep until after 5am when all the screaming and shouting from outside and sirens from emergency services stopped but then the street sweeper van came out. We came home earlier than planned to go to bed!!!

How bad of a mess the apartment was in. Very dirty. Left 2 nights early.
