Clean tidy great location

We stayed in Apartment Number 3. On arrival the place smelt like wet dog, I reached out to the host the next morning who got back to me with just an apology. Didn't feel very nice to stay there. The next morning, once I had showered there was a leak from a bolt of the shower, this was a continuous leak which was so loud it effected how we slept, I reached out to the host and heard absolutely nothing. I ended up having to place a towel underneath it just to absorb some of the noise it was making. Apartment 3 was a duplex, although it looked nice, the thermostat was on the top level in a small hallway, so reached temp fairly quickly, problem with that is the living room never warmed up. We even considered finding alternative accommodation. Although the place looked aesthetically nice, I definitely wouldn't stay here again, or recommend it to anyone.

It was clean and modern and included everything we needed for our stay. The apartment is very handy for all amenities inc the town centre. We will definitely stay again.

Property was fantastic and great location. Very spacious and clean. Had everything you needed for a short stay. Will definitely be booking again.

Nothing just perfect

It was just out of town centre where everything was accessible but also quiet. Stylish apartment

Not necessarily a dislike but certain facilities do need updated as we found ourselves wanting utensil ect.

The location is convenient and the apartments are spacious. The late check-out offered as compensation was a positive gesture.

The first apartment (apartment 1) was handed over in an unacceptable condition: dirty sofa cover, stained cushions underneath, heavily scratched kitchen worktop and hob, discoloured towels, and a chicken bone found in the bedroom basket. Clear evidence the apartment had not been properly cleaned between guests. I was relocated to apartment 7 after one full hour of my stay was lost. Apartment 7 had a persistent sewage smell coming from the shower drain, reported immediately and never resolved during the entire stay. Apartment 13, inspected as an alternative, had the same smell. The issue appears to be structural. Communication was slow throughout and the £100 deposit had still not been returned 48 hours after check-out, requiring Booking.com intervention.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Location was perfect

Hard mattress in number 10 and no table for coffee/tea cups not really a complaint just would be ideal. Bathroom very clean
