Seemed to be pretty clean

Tv didn’t work in bedroom also definitely isn’t 5 star I’ve spent a lot less money to stay in nicer places in Chester really wasn’t what I expected

I booked the property as it was central and as I originally grew up in Chester knew my way around. It was very clean and felt comfortable with the security systems. Separate bedroom , well lite with another television supplied. The lift up to the second floor a real bonus. Another bonus was the multi storey car park next door and for the whole time there, three days, at just a cost of £20.

There were roadworks we could hear early in the morning ,not the fault of the property but did impact our sleeeping. Only,one side plate supplied and no frying pan but I went out and bought one so we could have fried eggs in the morning.

Very clean and cosy. Great location with plenty around the apartment including shops and places to eat/drink

Nothing. Was perfect for our weekend away and would definitely visit again

Ideal area near everything .

The system for check in is poor slow and quite frankly rubbish , it’s over built the system for a simple check in and very stressful .

The location was brilliant Apartment was clean Comfortable bed

Couldn't get the heating to work

Location. Everything clean and tidy.

No teaspoons, only one wine glass. Quilt for the double bed was too narrow. Sofa not too comfy....very deep. A standard lamp in living room would be good.

It was clean, great location and had everything we needed for a short break in Chester.
