Royal House Stylish Apartments - Chester

Location was great, easy to access and good communication in the lead up - useful guidebook for guests to use.

It was all nicely set up except the bedding which was unclean and the bed uncomfortable. The bathroom was clean and the living room was nicely set up but the bedding was not clean and looked unchanged. We did not receive much help or fast communication from the property management services which was disappointing and we had to leave and find alternate accommodation as a result.

Location fantastic easy access off motorway and parking nearby. A few minutes walk into city centre.

The bathroom extractor fan wasn’t working

De nada; o responsável não apareceu; nunca entrei na habilitação, foi um engodo. Tentarei processar quem recebeu o dinheiro sem cumprir a sua parte.

Nunca utilizei essa habitação; não apareceram para me trazer ou facilitar as chaves. FUI ENGANADO!

Great location great little apartment

Heating didnt work very well the bedroom radiator was on but didnt get warm the room was clean but the likes of mirrors and tv had marks on so wasnt cleaned properly

Spacious for 2 people, great location ,straight forward instructions to obtain key. Handy parking near by.

The settee! Think it was a sofa bed but far too wide to sit on comfortably.
