Location was fantastic

Very private and easy check in /out I hope to stay here again in the near future.

Location and plenty of parking nearby. A clean and bright apartment

No hot water for 2 days Dirty bed linen Worried about deposit taken as lots of things “ missing” like no tea spoons, not sharp knives in kitchen , picture hook but no picture , bathroom cabinet loose door . Tried to inform manager but no response No response from the manager/owner via telephone, text , messages or via booking.com that we had no hot water . Only contacted us 2 days after we moved out and said it was working when he checked even though other guests had none either . Also our key lock wasn’t working so had to leave our apartment key with another guest . They also tried to make it work for us but couldn’t . Again manager said it was working when he checked it . £100 given in compensation but due to no hot water for 2 days and very badly stained linen we should have had a full refund . He could have rectified it had he have answered the 8 messages we left him over the 4 days of our stay

Nothing as I couldn’t get in absolute scandalous tuck may payment then sent me a link I cudnt get on to so could not gain entry to the apartments

The way no one was able to help me on the day so I had to book a different hotel so basically use just robbed me

very comfortable apartment in an ideal location for visiting Chester. Just a few minutes walk from the city walls. Easy access via key code/lockbox
