We liked the location, spacious apartment, the pool, the view, close to the city centre, parking.

The bed mattress was a bit hard, and there was no bed duvet for the large bed. But we managed to find a sheet in the apartment and used it with the bed quilt.

It was super nice to find this beautiful apartment at the last minute. The space was incredibly comfortable, clean, and spacious. A special thanks to the very friendly agent, Rubina Sousa, for making the process seamless. Though we arrived late in the evening and only stayed for two nights, we truly appreciated the quiet surroundings and the convenience of being within walking distance of the town center and restaurants. Unfortunately we didn’t have the chance to enjoy the lovely apartment or the swimming pool, we were out all day. Stayed from 18th through 20th October 24 Thank you for your care and warm hospitality

The apartment is spacious if a little dated.

There was little to personalise the visit, no welcome pack of any sort or information about the apartment. The driver who had keys to get us into the apartment did not know which apartment to go to or how to get in. There were no tea towels to dry dishes, no plug for the kitchen sink rendering it unusable, one bathroom was locked and out of order, one bedside light in the main bedroom did not work, one bulb in the lounge area was not working. There was little love and attention visible and the whole apartment felt very tired. In addition, the noise from the adjacent building site was continuous and sometimes intolerable. We could not have outside doors open or use balcony and pool. Requests for partial refund have not been responded to. This apartment is not suitable for a peaceful and relaxing vacation on Madeira. If you have an existing reservation our advice would be to cancel it and look elsewhere, if you are thinking of booking in the next 12 months , don’t. The agents for this apartment, Guest Direct, are less than transparent regarding the external issues with this apartment and have behaved towards us in a disreputable and dishonest way.

Construction noise .

This apartment is huge, located very good, you can reach the city centre like 5 minutes walk. Madeira is an incredible place, and am sure this is one of the best place to rest after a long day. Also the owners are very helpful and kind.

The flat decor and facilities were excellent. The closeness to Funchal centre, The view across the harbour.

We were told the wifi code was on the back of the router - it wasn't. It took some time and texting to sort it out. There was a building site right next door which was noisy at times.

Great location, parking space, big and very beautiful appartment.
