Nice apartment, everything you need

Property management is not transparent about the noisy construction site very close to the balcony, they know about the construction and do not warn potential renters about the noise in the property listing. We left two days early, could not take the noise anymore or use pool during the day. Keeping windows closed to block out noise meant sweltering in the heat, no AC. Do not rent Nora Premium if you intend to be at the apartment during the day.

"Beautiful apartment but next to 11 hours a day building site"

The apartment itself was large, beautifully decorated and furnished and good location for the city.

While other reviews mwntioned the building work, I had no idea it would be as bad as it was. 11 hours a day, 6 days a week. If you want to relax in the apartment or by the pool, forget it as there is banging and cranes moving all day. Builders overlooking the balcony and pool all.day. While the building work is going on there should be a reduction in the rental price. For the price of the apartment there should be air conditioning. I assumed it would be installed. 1 portable fan for the whole apartment. Had to have it on all night for the whole stay. Also, there were no cleaning products to clean kitchen or wash clothes. This meant we had to buy our own. Also apartment sleeps 4 but not enough toilet rolls to last 2 people.

The building site opposite, but it wasn't a deal breaker as we were out most of the day. The noise would bother anyone staying at home during the day

+ very friendly hosts that can provide a lot of useful contacts/advice for our trip + great flat (clean, comfy beds, a lot of useful kitchenware which is not really common but was incredibly handy, 3 bathrooms!!! ) + no issues with wifi (great connect watching youtube kind of stuff) + close to city center + ocean view

"Superb"

Great location and lots of space. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures and bars=restaurants are all in walking distance.

There is a major construction site right in front of the property which didn't bother us too much. but if you like to sleep longer in the morning definitely something that might want to consider
