Residence Inn by Marriott Fresno Clovis

We stayed here during our Yosemite trip and booked a suite, but were given an ADA room instead. Since it was Memorial Day weekend and we arrived after midnight, the hotel was fully booked and couldn’t switch us—this part we understood. However, the ADA bathroom was filthy, with visible black marks that looked like tire tracks. Even worse, several towels had hair on them—not just one or two strands, and not just one towel. We called the front desk to request fresh towels. After waiting about two hours with no response, we had to call again. It took another 30 minutes before someone finally brought them, but the staff member seemed very reluctant and unfriendly. The kitchen walls had noticeable grease stains, and both the sofa and table corners showed signs of damage or tearing. The TV couldn’t connect to Wi-Fi, so we weren’t able to stream or cast anything. All of this points to poor management and a lack of proper maintenance. On a positive note, the breakfast team was hardworking and had a great attitude. Their service stood out and deserves recognition.

Driving around it is a little shady. Immediate vicinity ok.

Really nice place

The hotel is in a great location close to nice restaurants, Target, and Costco. The large room we got was perfect. We had 2 queen beds, a sofa bed, and a kitchen. Bathroom is big and nice. Loved the breakfast buffet. It's also about 10 minutes away from a Tesla supercharging station inside a shopping center where it's safe and can eat and/or shop while charging. Super convenient. Will definitely stay again.

Nice place to stay after the swim meet, on weekends it's pretty quiet for my swimmer. And full kitchen is pretty convenient. Love the breakfast 😋

Super clean! Good beds!

I came late the first night and notice that the toilet was not properly flushing, but it was already late so I went to sleep. Early next morning (6:30am) I went to the front desk and requested that this was fixed. When I came back later that day (7pm), I found out that the toilet was still not working and that the room had not been made. The sad part is that when I checked again with the front desk they lied to me and said that had gone to the room but were unable to fix it. I know this is a lie, since I intentionally left 2 pieces of toilet paper in the toilet (the toilet was clean) to see if they went to the room. Also after my complaint they sent a Lady that fixed the toilet in less than 5 minutes. The second day, I made sure to request that they made my room, I did the request at 6am in the morning, when I came back at 5pm, the room was still not done and they commented that this was just their usual timing for doing all the rooms. The staff was friendly and polite, but I do not like being lied to and having a bad service
